Stan Macrow has for many, many years' worked with young people, giving them the benefit of his knowledge and experience in Weight Lifting for competitions.  He himself holds many titles and has had many successes with the people he trains, and those people through winning, have gained such confidence in themselves.

Stan's latest successes are two ladies, one from the police force and one from the RAF.  Both are in the 56k class, one has squatted 85k the other 115k, whilst their Dead Lift weighed in at 115k & 127k.  The lady from the Police force is a Master 2, and the lady from the RAF is a Master 1.

Stan also trains a 16 year old girl, who is the Sub Junior Bench Press holder at 60k, and just qualified for the British Championships.
