GAMMA ORYZANOL

A natural nutrient extract isolated from rice bran oil. It is a group of compounds consisting of a mixture of ferulic acid esters with plant sterol or triterpene alcohol. The main components are:
24-methylenecycloartanyl ferulate, cycloartenyl-ferulate, and campesteryl-ferulate, which make up about 80% of the Ã-Oryzanol.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE AND MIXING INSTRUCTION

Add 170g (6 heaped dessert spoons) to 1 pint of whole milk, milk of choice, water or fruit juice.  Measure out liquid, place in a container gradually add powder, stirring continuously with a whisk, or use a blender, until dissolved.

Nice served chilled, but not essential.

WHEN TO TAKE

1 pint makes two servings. Take one serving between breakfast and lunch and one serving between lunch and your evening meal.

Keep the second serving cool, until reguired.
