DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Mix 125g of Rush, (aproximately 6 rounded tablespoons) with approximately 285ml (1/2 pint) water and shake or stir.
Sip Rush approximately 30-40 minutes before training, workout or competition and continue to sip through physical effort, i.e: workout, training.
Once mixed, Rush can be refrigerated, but it is recommended that it is consumed the same day.
